Hello & Welcome!
I'm thrilled to share my very first newsletter with you!
Why a newsletter? I believe in the power of knowledge, encouragement, and empowerment—and sometimes, we all need a little extra push. Over the years, I’ve grown so much simply by soaking in good information, and this space is my way of passing that along.
Here, I’ll share what I’m up to, the things I’m finding helpful in both life and business, and of course, my monthly book recommendations—because books have truly changed who I am. But that’s not all! I’ll also be sharing some of my favorite recipes, workouts, home décor finds, and little things that bring joy and inspiration to my everyday life.
If you know someone who could use a pick-me-up, a little inspiration, or just a reminder of how capable they are, please share this with them! I wholeheartedly believe that who you surround yourself with and what you consume can move mountains.

📚 This Month’s Book Recommendation:
The 5 AM Club: Own Your Morning. Elevate Your Life.
This is my second time reading this book—and by “reading,” I mean listening on Audible 😊 Between time in the car and getting ready in the morning, I sneak in quite a bit!
I used to be the roll-out-of-bed-at-7:30-AM-and-rush-to-the-office type. Now? I’m so grateful for my quiet, unrushed mornings—they truly set the tone for my day!
Are you a morning person? Want to become one? I highly recommend this book! I’ll be honest—you have to power through the first four chapters, but after that, everything clicks, and the concepts are game-changing.
Favorite takeaway:
"Getting up early is a necessity in your awesome pursuit of legendary. Take excellent care of the front end of your day, and the rest of your day will pretty much take care of itself."

🍽️ Breakfast – The Most Important Meal of the Day!
I used to always skip breakfast, but after diving into the research, I’ve learned just how important it is to fuel your body from the start! Now, I make it a priority to get in protein and all-around goodness to set the tone for my day.
Lately, I’m on an overnight oats kick—seriously, they take just two minutes to prep, and I can grab them and go in the morning. Easy, delicious, and packed with nutrients!
My Go-To Overnight Oats Recipe
🥣 ½ cup rolled oats
🥛 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
🍯 1 tbsp chia seeds (for fiber & texture!)
🐝A drizzle of honey for sweetness
🍰 1 tbsp sugar free cheesecake pudding
🫐 ¼ cup berries (blueberries, strawberries, etc.) and protein graham crackers crumbled – for toppings
✨ Dash of cinnamon & a splash of vanilla extract if you’d like
🔹 Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a jar or container, except fruit and graham crackers.
2. Stir well, seal, and refrigerate overnight.
3. Grab and enjoy in the morning—cold or warmed up!
